Enquiries and bulk-order requests

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, organisation, telephone number, email address, city, country, requested quantity, purpose, message, and the book connected with your enquiry.

Reader reviews

When you submit a book review, we collect your name, email address, rating, review title, review text, optional location, consent record, and submission time.

Reviews are moderated before publication. If approved, your name, rating, review title, review text, and optional location may appear publicly. Your email address is kept private and is never displayed with your review.

Email updates

If email subscriptions are enabled and you request updates, we collect your email address, consent record, time of request, and the part of the website from which you subscribed.

Subscriptions use email confirmation. You will not receive promotional emails until your request has been confirmed.

Technical and security information

Our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, request time, and visited pages. The website uses one-way hashed, time-limited identifiers to prevent spam, repeated submissions, and other misuse. The application does not store the corresponding raw IP address in its database.

Anonymous website analytics

A randomly generated browser identifier is converted into a one-way hash to estimate unique visitors. An unconfirmed subscription request is removed from our records and the connected email provider after 30 calendar days. The related operational log retains only the date and aggregate success or failure counts, not email addresses or provider contact identifiers.
